Notice on the issuance of Trial Provisions on the application of RFID technology in the 800 / 900MHz frequency band

In order to adapt to the social and economic development of our country's application demand of 800 / 900MHz RFID Technology,also according to China's radio frequency division and industrial development, and connected with relevant international standards.
1. the specific frequency of 800 / 900MHz RFID technology is 840-845MHz and 920-925MHz.
2. RFID technology radio frequency index of radio transmitting equipment：
1、carrier frequency tolerance：20×10-6；
2、channel bandwidth and channel occupied bandwidth（99％ energy）：250kHz；
3、channel center frequency：fc（MHz）=840.125+N×0.25&fc（MHz）=920.125+M×0.25（N、M is an integer with a value of 0-19）
4、adjacent channel power leakage ratio：40dB（first adjacent channel）,60dB（second adjacent channel）；
5、transmitting power：

8、The emission of power port and telecommunication port shall meet the limit requirements of class B equipment in GB 9254-1998；
9、Under the limit operating voltage and temperature stated by the manufacturer, the emission power and frequency tolerance of the equipment shall meet the corresponding technical specifications.
3. RFID technology radio transmitting equipment in this frequency band is managed as micro power (short distance) radio equipment.
It is must to obtain the type approval certificate of radio transmitting equipment issued by the Ministry of information industry before using the equipment.In order to prevent possible radio interference,radio management organizations at all levels shall strengthen the management of the use of RFID equipment in this frequency band,and deal with radio interference immediately.
