     We have superiority in four layers paper ticket,as we all know in order to protect the chip from extrusion to adopt the drilling process in contactless card production,it means open a hole on the middle layer as chip size and embed the chip in this hole can play the role of protection.There is also a special punching module on the machine and put the bare chip on the punching module first can also to protect the chip from extrusion.
    The size of the hole can be altered to suit with chip and the thickness of the middle layer can also be altered to suit with chip.
    As such a technical scheme was adopted ,the chips was completely protected,so our tickets had longer service life than other normal tickets.
